Privacy Policy

Booking requests. When you book a shoot, we collect your name, email address, phone number, brokerage (if provided), the property address, property type, and square footage (if provided), your requested shoot date and time, and the package and add-ons you select. When you enter an address, our booking form uses Google Places to autocomplete it and resolve it to map coordinates (latitude/longitude), which we store alongside the address so we can route the shoot to the right photographer and calculate travel outside the metro.

Phone numbers and text message consent. If you opt in when booking, we collect your mobile number and your consent to receive appointment reminders by text. You may also give us a second, optional phone number for the homeowner or occupant who will be at the property, so they receive the same reminder. We store both numbers, whether you opted in, the date and content of reminder messages we send, and your replies to them.

Chat assistant. The chat widget on our site is an AI assistant. We store the messages you send and receive in that conversation, a conversation identifier, a timestamp, and a one-way hashed form of the IP address the message came from — we do not store raw IP addresses for chat. We use that hashed value to apply a short-term rate limit (to prevent abuse of the chat), and we review chat conversations for quality and to follow up on leads. Chat conversations are not connected to a booking unless you give us contact information inside the chat itself.

Automatically collected information. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics infrastructure may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited.

• To schedule, confirm, reschedule, and staff your shoot.
• To create a calendar hold for confirmed shoots and to assign a photographer.
• To send transactional emails — booking confirmations, pending-request notices, and staff alerts about new requests.
• To send appointment reminder text messages, and to process your reply confirming or cancelling the shoot, if you opted in to texts when booking.
• To respond to questions asked through the chat assistant and to suggest a package based on what you describe.
• To protect the site from abuse (chat rate limiting) and to review chat quality internally.
• To meet our own recordkeeping, accounting, and legal obligations.

We do not sell your information. We share information with the following service providers, solely to operate the services described above:

• Google — Places and Maps (address autocomplete and geocoding, run in your browser) and Google Calendar (to hold confirmed shoot times).
• Neon — our Postgres database host, where booking and chat records are stored.
• Resend — delivers our transactional emails (booking confirmations, request notices, and internal staff alerts).
• Anthropic — powers the Claude-based chat assistant; the text of your chat messages is sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response.
• Twilio — delivers our appointment reminder text messages and receives your replies.
• Vercel — hosts this website and its backend functions, and provides our website analytics (see below).

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Juke Media, our clients, or others.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as our text message delivery provider, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell phone numbers, and we do not use the numbers collected for appointment reminders to send marketing or promotional messages.

You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We keep a record of numbers that have opted out so that we do not text them again. Opting out does not cancel a booked shoot — we will contact you by email instead. Full program details, including message frequency and rates, are in section 8 of our Terms of Service.

We use Vercel Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they arrive, so we can improve the site. It records aggregate page views and referrers only — it does not set tracking cookies, does not use device fingerprinting, and does not build a profile of you or follow you across other websites. Because it collects no personally identifying information, we do not show a cookie consent banner.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use Google Analytics or any similar third-party ad-tech on this site.

We keep booking records for as long as reasonably needed for scheduling, accounting, warranty, and legal purposes. Chat logs are kept for quality review and abuse prevention and are deleted or anonymized on a rolling basis once they are no longer needed for those purposes.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@jukemediakc.com. We will verify your request and respond within a reasonable time. Deleting information tied to an active or upcoming booking may require us to first confirm alternate arrangements for that shoot. Some information may need to be retained where we have a legal or accounting obligation to keep it.

Our services are directed at real estate professionals, businesses, and homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
