How fast is turnaround?+
Photos are delivered same-day on every package. Video and 3D tour deliverables typically follow within 24 hours.
Do you charge a travel fee?+
Local Kansas City metro shoots have no travel fee. A travel fee applies outside the metro — you'll see the exact amount before you confirm your booking. Every package and add-on is listed on our pricing page.
Can I reschedule?+
Yes — reschedule from your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your shoot at no charge.
Who owns the photos and video?+
You get full usage rights for marketing the listing, including MLS, social, and print.
Pricing & booking
Can I add extras after booking?+
Yes — reply to your confirmation email or contact us and we'll add the extra to your existing shoot.
I need a commercial or bulk quote — where do I go?+
Commercial and builder projects are quoted individually. Head to the Commercial Production quote form instead of booking a package here.
